Synthetic Diamond

Synthetic diamond is the most popular superabrasive used in modern industries. Synthetic diamond can be used directly for lapping and polishing applications. But under most situations, it is used in bonded tools. There are usually four bond systems for the application, including resin bond, vitrified bond, metal bond and electroplating. The bond system is the basic consideration when choosing type of diamond for making a tool.

Diamond products from Cutall Superabrasives are separated to three groups by typical applications, i.e. grits for resin bond, grits for metal bond and micron powders.
