Grits for Metal Bond - Products

MBD80 The strongest product in the family. With minimum internal impurities, MBD80 is of superior thermal stability. Comprising cubo-octahedral crystals, it is recommended for demanding applications.

MBD65 The product consists of blocky cubo-octahedral crystals. Better impact strength and thermal stability make the product ideal for a wide range of grinding applications.

MBD50 The medium grits contain a relatively high level of cubo-octahedral crystals. The grit is recommended for grinding stone, ceramics and glass.

MBD35 As a middle strong abrasive, MBD35 features good free cutting performance.The product is ideal for grinding medium hard materials.

MBD20 The weakest product in the series. With irregular but blocky shape, the grits could achieve good bond retention. It could be also used for vitreous bond tools.
