Grits for Metal Bond - Coatings
For MBD Series grits, there are two kinds of coatings available, i.e. Ti coatings and Ti-Ni coatings.

Both coatings could protect diamond grit from oxidation during sintering process. The Ti-Ni coatings could also increase bond retention. |

For Ti coated MBD grits, there is only one thin layer of titanium coated on the grits. For Ti-Ni coated products, the specifications available are 30% and 56%, by weight. |
