Meanwhile, one oversized particle could cause unexpected scratches to the surface of the workpiece. So oversized particle control is also a very important indicator for micron powders. All our micron powders are produced under controlled conditions and checked by advanced instruments. Our strict specifications enable us to supply our customers with consistent and controlled products.

For metal bond micron powders, the toughness of particles has to be considered also. All our MPM Series micron powders are produced from selected diamond grits. Our test procedure before production guarantees the quality consistency of our material.
