Two kinds of coatings are widely used in industries. One is popular nickel coating. The other is copper coating.
There are two kinds of nickel coatings available from Cutall Superabrasives, i.e. electrolytic nickel coating and electroless one.
Our electrolytic coating features spiky particle surface which could greatly improve bond retention. The electroless coating from us showed unmatched advantage. The coating works very well for heat dissipation. And spiky particle surface could improve bond retention also. Under most cases, our coated products are electroless one. For copper, both electrolytic and electroless coatings are available. In general, copper coatings are recommended for dry grinding.
